Yeah,didn't pay my bills for awhile.The truth hurts,publiic domain documents is exposed on Philippine government website,public funds or tax payers monies had been misplaced without the approval of the Lawaan councillors.Projects are being implemented without the knowledge of our town engineer.

Another Lawaan municipal problem,original documents of projects submitted approved by the councillors disappearing,replaced,re-rewritten,forcing other councillors to sign,otherwise!This news is on DYVL tingog ng Leyte,TV reports among other websites.

My father died on the feista day, and we don't have any reason to celebrate about.
